We offer refunds under the following conditions:
You accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same course.
The course you purchased is not accessible due to a technical issue on our platform, and we are unable to resolve it within 7 working days.
The course content is entirely different from the description and promotional materials.
The course was purchased but never accessed, and a refund is requested within 3 days of enrollment.
You change your mind after enrolling and accessing the course.
You are unable to complete the course due to personal reasons or time constraints.
You expected job placement or income guarantees (we offer skill training, not employment).
The refund request is made after the allowed refund period.
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment or enrollment.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Reason for the refund request
Incomplete or false information may delay or void the refund process.
If Max Skill IT cancels a course (live or offline) after enrollment, enrolled students will be eligible for a full refund or a seat in an equivalent course (based on their preference).
Courses offered for free or at a discounted promotional rate (e.g., Tk. 0, or free with registration) are not eligible for refunds.
Offline course payments are subject to the same refund terms but may also include cancellation penalties if classroom materials, seat reservations, or venue costs have already been committed.
Max Skill IT reserves the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
